Sunset on Bingin Beach
One of my favorite sunsets at Bingin Beach, Bali. It is painted over a secondhand mirror and I love the light on this piece. It changes and reflects as the sun rises and falls throughout the day. When it’s rainy and cold outside, this takes me to the warm and sunny Bingin beach every time.

The Land of Fog
Inspired by the ariel view of Cheshire I saw from my airplane windown when I first landed in the UK. I’ve never thought I’d call it home. But here we are, planting our roots in the country side of Cheshire.
Having lived in so many countries, for me, home is always inward. It’s a feeling of being welcomed, safe and loved. I learned to treasure all the homes that I’ve made throughout the years. We may leave the place, but we take the feelings and memories with us, so we can return anytime.

Under the Mast
Inspired by our sailing, this is the view that you’d see when you’re sitting on a boat deck looking up the sail mast.
There’s tranquility aboard an anchored sail boat off harbor at midnight.
There’s nothing to do.
There’s no sight to see.
There’s no where to go.
There’s no internet or civilization around you.
You simply emerge your mind into the only light source illuminating the sky, and surrender your body to the rhythm of the waves.
It’s almost like you’re dancing with the moon and sea, and let me tell you, it is magical.

Step Rice Paddy
I enjoyed so much the unplanned and carefree creation process for this piece. Sometimes being spontaneous brings us unexpected results that we may or may not like. But being free is still a privileged state of mind.

Rolling Hills
So many colours and textures all in one painting. I love an undisrupted view of endless greenery laid under golden hour sun.

Rice Paddy is one of my favourite things about our country (Vietnam). I feel so loved and touched. I shall receive this painting with gratitude. It is such a beautiful serendipity.
